is a Road Show? Road Shows are special events that take place at warehouse clubs and other retailers to promote products that are available for a limited time only. Road Shows give retailers an opportunity to offer their customers unique products beyond their normal inventory selection.
The duration of a Road Show can be from 4 to 18 days or more and is determined by the product category, seasonality and the purchase commitment of the retailer. Road Shows, supported with proper merchandising and staffing, allow a retailer to offer customers new and exciting merchandise, to increase frequency of shopper visits and a create a sense of urgency to buy the featured product before the Road Show ends.
